✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In their original packaging
Non-returnable items: Opened or personalized Advent Calendars cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

💵 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@adventcalendars.shop.
