✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them

    • In their original packaging

  • Non-returnable items: Opened or personalized Advent Calendars cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.

💵 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure safe delivery.

📦 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@adventcalendars.shop.
